The School of Ain Ebel (Lebanon) received Computer Equipment donated by Ginevra Caltagirone Foundation

On October the 9th, 2017, the school material was donated to the School of Education, which the Ginevra Caltagirone Foundation purchased and found for the children of the School of Ain Ebel (Lebanon).

The overall donation consists of 21 complete PC workstations and a multimedia chalkboard LIM. Ginevra Caltagirone Foundation has managed to bring the IT material to the destination thanks to various initiatives, first of all the lucky joint venture with the Rock No War! Onlus in addition to the Civil and Military Cooperation of Rock No War! Onlus and the Italian Army.

The donation was attended by Colonel Massimo Crocco Barisano Colizza, demonstrating the affiliation of the national contingent soldiers and Lebanon's local population.

The donated material was purchased by Fondazione Ginevra Caltagirone and partly comes from the reconditioning of Europa Factor Spa computer material thanks to the intermediation of Mr Maurizio Rossi who provided part of the PC workstations.

The activity is part of a broader framework of projects carried out by Rock No War! Onlus and the Italian Italbatt Task Force. In the past few weeks, the contingent has made other donations to various organizations operating in Lebanon, and Ginevra Caltagirone Foundation will always be interested in evaluating these concrete donation proposals for social benefits.
